sorry this log is late. i forgot. we did things this month : )
we have now planned out how the game is going to be structured! there will be about 9 areas/segments in the game of varying length, but none of them will be that long (no idea how long the game will be overall). some will be more story relevant than others, but each has some things happen in them. there'll be 4 endings; 3 of them will be reached through similar means based on your actions throughout the game while the 4th one will be different (you won't be able to get it as your first ending). we also have an idea of what narrative themes there will be - in general it's vaguely satirical but mostly it's just whatever nonsense we came up with that sounded funny.
when we work on the game, progress will hopefully be faster now that we moreso know what we're doing. yay
yes!! the first area, Old Brainland, has been significantly expanded and has had its area map fully designed. check out the town centre and hall
